Update on Foreclosures for Sale on Cape Cod MA

Cape Cod real estate is already proving to be much busier 2010 than 2009 and the 1st trimester is not even over yet!

Many buyers have already grabbed a lot of the best foreclosure deals, so new foreclosure listings are receiving multiple offers and often selling over asking price.

On a Nationwide scale, the Realtor Magazine reports that the amount of foreclosures for sale in December 2009 was 73% of what it was in November 2008, saying: ”Foreclosure Bargains Getting Harder to Find.”
