REAL ESTATE HOME BUYER tax credit for more than 1st time buyers maybe?

I just read in the Realtor Magazine that lawmakers in the Senate have tentatively agreed to extend the existing $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers and also offer a new $6,500 credit for some existing homeowners. If you think you qualify and want to get the most out of this program (because they will reduce the credit after the spring), do not wait and start your real estate search here.
