Cape Cod: The perfect destination for vacation in September

Posted to Melanie Cauchon

The end of August marks the beginning of school in most countries and regions, including Montreal and Quebec City where I came from when I moved to Cape Cod. For some, it may feel like the end of the summer, but on Cape Cod, it is still summer and one of the best times to visit. We just had an incredible Labor Day weekend. On the Cape Cod beaches, it still felt like July! My Canadian friends flew non-stop from Montreal to Boston using their points and were on the Cape by 11 a.m! So if any one in Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa, Hull, Sherbrooke, Toronto, etc. is looking for an extra summer weekend, you should consider Cape Cod now! It is also a great time to look at vacation or investment properties as the summer rental properties are slowly becoming empty. And since some friends tell me the Canadian summer has been rather short and rainy this year, maybe Cape Cod is where you should spend your next summer. If you want to get the best for your now strong Canadian dollars and get a piece of Cape Cod in your portfolio, call me at 508-534-5570 or log on to http://www.melaniecauchon.com and we can plan a mix of beach/golf/fishing and house-hunting weekend! See you soon!
