Brewster Home sales increase in June & July on Cape Cod

Brewster is Brewster, and real estate buyers know it! It has some of Cape Cod greatest beaches, a fabulous bike path, numerous walking trails, great kayaking ponds, 2 top golf courses and the Nickerson State Park. But how does this translate into the Real Estate market? In April and May, 23 single family homes for sale either went under agreement or sold , this number jumped up to 34 in June and July 2008, and July is not over yet. The early fall should be promising, as I'm sure many July and August vacationers will be charmed and will decide they want to own in Brewster too.
