Roger Scott Cash is known as Scott so as not to be confused with his father also named Roger, and also a successful realtor on the Cape.

He is a 13th generation Cape Codder, so it’s easy to understand why he calls the Cape is home.

Scott grew up in the town of Yarmouth, went to Marguerite E. Small Elementary School, Mattacheese Middle School and then on to Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School.

After high school he attended Cape Cod Community College for Business, eventually opening a market and deli in Yarmouth.

A couple of years later after selling the business, he joined his father, a manager at Conway, and the two teamed up to provide outstanding service in their hometowns.

Since joining the company in 2005, Scott has been a top producer in the Dennis office, and recently was made manager of the office.

This will be Scott’s seventh season coaching the Mattacheese Middle School football team in his hometown of Yarmouth.
