Melanie joined the Jack Conway team in 2001 because of what she perceived as strong ethical values and for what she could offer her clients.

She specializes in Cape Cod real estate, including relocation, beach homes, primary and second homes. And she offers top-quality real estate services with fluency in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Education is important to Melanie because her clients trust her with their most valuable properties. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Graduate Studies Diploma in Engineering Management.

A Brewster (Cape Cod) resident, Melanie likes to golf, ski, kayak, inline skate, travel and play piano. Melanie enjoys seeing the smile on her clients’ faces when they are given the keys to their new home, or the check for the house she just sold for them.

Some of Melanie’s successful real estate clients have worked with her to purchase a first home, buy a second home, beach property, foreclosed property or rehab project. She can help her clients find a mortgage, and works with cash flow analysis, 1031 exchanges and estate properties.

Melanie has also consistently been a top producer for the Dennis office, garnering top seller honors in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007. She was tops in sold listings in 2005 and 2007.
